This page explains what cookies and similar storage technologies our website (littleshine.nl) uses.
1. We don't use tracking or marketing cookies
Little Shine does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising/marketing cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not track you across other websites.
2. Strictly necessary storage we do use

Under Dutch telecom law (art. 11.7a Telecommunicatiewet), storage that is strictly necessary to provide the service you request — like remembering your shopping bag — does not require consent. We still disclose it here for transparency, and neither item contains personal data by itself.
3. Fonts loaded from Google
Our pages load typefaces via next/font/google, which self-hosts Google Fonts' font files at build time — your browser does not make requests to Google's servers to load them. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on Google's services generally.
4. Shopify checkout
When you proceed to checkout, you are taken to a page hosted on Shopify's own domain, which may set its own cookies necessary to process your order securely (e.g. fraud prevention, session handling). These are governed by Shopify's Cookie Policy, not this one.
5. If this changes
If we start using analytics or marketing cookies in future (for example Google Analytics), we will update this page and ask for your consent via a cookie banner before those cookies are set.
